On Friday, February 27th, unions impacted by Bill-148 were informed the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, in a landmark decision, ruled in favour of the unions opposing the Bill.
The Bill imposed wage restrictions and stripped workers of various longstanding benefits. As the NSNU learns more about the full ramifications of this decision, additional information will be shared with members.
