How to Vote in the Federal Election

As Canadians, we are some of the lucky ones. At 18, we are able to exercise our inalienable right to elect the people who lead our country. Sadly, in the last election more people abstained from voting than those who voted for any individual party. In other words, Canadians who don’t vote have the power to shape our future.

This election there are new voter ID laws in effect that require you to show proof of your address. It is important to know how to register your information with Elections Canada so that you can cast your ballot on October 19th.  View the infographics below to learn more.
